To say that 2020 was a difficult year would be quite an understatement. With Covid concerns continuing to be the priority, HSST was disappointed to have cancelled its annual Fall Festival scheduled October 10th, 2020. We were able to, with social distancing and gallons of hand sanitizer at the ready, participate in the 10th Annual Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council Weekend. It was wonderful to be able to open to visitors and safely gather at the Museum. Imagine our added elation to be visited by a representative from Congressman Josh Gottheimer’s office and presented with a Congressional Certificate of Recognition! HSST President, Deborah Drumm, graciously accepted the award on behalf of the Historical Society of Stillwater Township.
